Job summary

Cognizant's TriZetto Product House seeks a Financial Operations Analyst to strengthen financial and operational rigor. You will be the spreadsheet expert, building Excel-based tools, VBA macros, and supporting income statement analysis to drive business initiatives.

The role is based in Englewood, CO, with relocation as needed. Start date in October 2026. Competitive salary with eligibility for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or general business.
• Strong hands-on Excel skills, comfortable with Excel in a graduation project.
• VBA macro coding experience in Excel.
• Good understanding of income statements and financial analysis/planning.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a self-starter mindset.
• Experience using AI tools to support and accelerate business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support function for the business — finance and business-related deliverables (e.g., mapping every associate to their Cognizant job function).
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and VBA macros to automate recurring analysis.
• Support income statement analysis and financial planning.
• Use AI tools to accelerate business analysis and speed up decision-making.
• Own tasks end-to-end and drive them to closure.
