Job summary

GeoTek is seeking an Entry Level Field Technician for the Meridian office to support residential and commercial projects. If you currently have a Nuke Gauge, WAQTC or ACI Field certification or willing to learn a new trade we would like to speak with you.

You will perform field testing, observe site activities, and report data. Must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift 50+ pounds, and have a vehicle to carry equipment.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in the field and learn.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Truck, van or SUV suitable for performing job duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of testing, project specific observations, and site assessment duties.
• Operates equipment, conducts tests/assessments and reports data.
• Works from drawings, specifications, diagrams, schematics and specific verbal and written instructions.
• Uses specific methods to observe site activities and take samples and perform tests.
• Makes minor adjustments and modifications as needed.
