Job summary

Steri-Clean Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Junior Field Technician to respond to biohazard, trauma, hoarding, and extreme cleaning scenes. You will safely clean, remediate, and restore residential and commercial properties following safety protocols and company procedures from start to finish.

No prior industry experience is required; we provide full training. We look for reliability, a strong work ethic, and someone who wants to build a career with a promote-from-within company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be active for 6–8 hour days.
• Must live within 20 min. of Virginia Beach.
• Must be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods.
• Must be on call some nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to our shop.
• Must have working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform solo jobs based on management discretion.
• Empathetic and professional communication with clients.
• Biohazard disposal.
• Site documentation.
• Cleaning and organizing vehicles.
• Basic tool/equipment knowledge.
• Knowledge of all policies (safety, HR, ECP, etc.).
