Job summary

Croft Production Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I for on-site work in Freer, TX. You will learn to install, service and troubleshoot natural gas processing equipment under supervision, supporting maintenance and repairs at wellheads and facilities.

Role requires driving, route planning and basic tool handling, with safety training and compliance emphasized. Some experience is helpful but not required, with opportunities for growth in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; OSHA and Safety certifications preferred; ISO 9000/9001/9904 experience and working knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and troubleshoot CROFT’s natural gas processing equipment.
• Perform monthly/weekly preventative maintenance at wellhead or facilities.
• Document service observations, expenses, and maintenance logs.
• Map routes, operate cranes and forklifts, and drive company vehicle.
• Maintain clean, safe equipment and update maintenance records.
• Utilize internal software and company systems for service activities.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

OSHA and Safety certifications preferred

ISO 9000/9001/9904 experience and working knowledge preferred
