Job summary

Braun Intertec is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician for our St. Cloud, MN office. You will learn to perform field testing on soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt across commercial and transportation projects.

The role involves outside work in varying weather and requires the ability to lift heavy loads. Training and industry certifications are provided upon completion of examinations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform field density tests of soils.
• Perform field concrete testing, including slump, air content, and strength.
• Prepare daily reports detailing testing results and observations.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior technicians to ensure specifications are followed.
• Assist with routine sampling and testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.
