Ethos is hiring a Full-Time Entry-Level Field Investigator to launch a career in private investigation. You will participate in a fully paid Investigator Training Program, learn covert surveillance, and gain hands-on experience with case preparation, reporting, and documentation.

The role involves traveling to cases, operating a laptop and phone for updates, and working closely with a field supervisor. No prior experience is required, with licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license with no suspensions or revocations.
• Reliable personal vehicle, well-maintained, insured.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays as needed.
• Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet for administrative tasks.
• Strong computer/internet proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Case preparation using social media and database research.
• Conduct field surveillance and capture video evidence from a vehicle.
• Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports.
• Finalize case files and upload video footage daily.
• Collaborate with field supervisor for guidance and mentorship.
