Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or awaiting bar results with eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee family law and divorce cases from onset through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and court filings.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case developments.
• Review and organize case files, evidence, and financial documents.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and ADR proceedings.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure court deadlines are met.
• Understand state family law statutes and procedures.
