AAON, Inc. in Redmond, OR is hiring entry-level Fabrication Helpers to support our fast-paced production floor. You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing and wrapping, gaining hands-on experience across multiple manufacturing trades.

Responsabilidades

• Material Handling: Assist in loading and unloading materials using proper equipment and safety protocols.
• Assembly Assistance: Aid in assembling components per specifications from the fabrication team.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized; perform routine tool maintenance as needed.
• Tool Preparation: Clean, lubricate, and ensure tools are ready for use by fabricators.
• Quality Control: Help perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Support Fabrication Processes: Hold materials, operate machinery under supervision, and assist as directed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
