Job summary

The role emphasizes customer-focused sales with ongoing training, relationship building, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment. In-person work in Cocoa or surrounding areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean MVR.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues.
• Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and ensure a great customer experience.
• Represent Ridgeline with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion.
