Job summary

Terracon in Macon, GA is seeking entry-level Exploration Team Members to perform subsurface exploration duties using drilling and in-situ testing techniques on various projects. You will be part of a multi-person team and support survey, sample collection, and equipment handling.

No prior experience is required, and you will learn to drive medium-duty trucks, assist in instrumentation, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card within first 30 days of employment.
• Limited or no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load tooling and materials.
• Assist in drilling operations and instrumentation and monitoring well installation.
• Collect soil and rock samples and log field data.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance.
• Perform basic surveying and site reconnaissance.
• Drive a medium-duty truck and trailer.
