Job summary

Thrive Marketing Group in Dallas TX is seeking an energetic events coordinator to manage on-site bookings, greet guests, and guide attendees through the event setup. You will answer questions, handle reservations, and ensure smooth operations at store locations.

This role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team. You must be at least 18, able to stand or sit for long periods, and lift up to 10 lbs. Training will be provided per policy.

• Email corporate clients about setting up events at their stores

• Being knowledgeable of all aspects of the event set up and answering questions accordingly
• Maintaining logs accurately
• Calling past events and trying to get them to rebook
• Communicating with staff about special needs of clients
• Maintaining cleanliness of the event
• Understanding the cash out process and having the ability to properly cash out an event
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
