Limitless East Marketing is hiring entry level Event Staff to support concerts, conferences, sports games, festivals, and corporate gatherings in Los Angeles. You will be the face of the brand, help attendees, and ensure a positive, memorable experience.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, are comfortable on their feet for long shifts, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. No prior event experience required; training and mentorship are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
• Capable of standing or walking for extended periods during events.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and materials.
• Greet attendees and provide information in a courteous manner.
• Manage crowd control and ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Support event coordinators with logistics and administrative tasks.
• Monitor event areas to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with registration or ticketing processes.
