Formación

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and event attendees.
• Foundational Sales skills with an interest in developing Sales Management capabilities over time.
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a focus on learning event marketing and sales techniques.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and an interest in event marketing.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, including occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working as part of a diverse team and interacting with a wide range of audiences.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in marketing, business, or communications is a plus.
