Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to join our Project Services Team in Denver, CO. This entry-level position supports schedules, forecasts and budgets, performs estimating tasks, and assists with master schedules and contractor coordination.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management or related field, internship experience, and proficiency in scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Bluebeam, plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Prior internship experience in construction preferred.
• Experience with electronic takeoff software, Primavera P6 or other scheduling software, and Bluebeam or other pdf editing software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of basic construction concepts and scheduling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics.
• Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and financial tracking activities.
• Assist with production of Master Schedules, contractor schedule review and analysis, change management, and coordination.
• Maintain project records and databases, validate information, prepare reports, and support decision‑making.
