Arcadis is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer/Environmental Engineer to support an expanding portfolio of projects based in Syracuse, NY. Spring 2027 graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will work on remediation, land development, and restoration projects for industrial-private, public sector, and agency clients, including earthwork and hydraulic modeling, site design, and permitting documents. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or have earned a BS in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline (a diploma is required upon graduation).
• Previous work experience (internship or full-time) in civil or environmental consulting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to remediation, land development, and restoration projects.
• Perform earthwork and hydraulic modeling, site design, and permitting document development.
• Prepare construction specifications and cost estimates.
• Support project teams with submittals, field changes, and site layout information.
