Job summary

Path Light Pro is seeking a Full-Time Residential Energy Home Inspector to join our team. This role offers independent fieldwork, competitive salary, and travel opportunities, with in-house training provided.

You will perform on-site energy assessments and quality construction reviews to ensure code compliance and client satisfaction. No prior experience is required, but knowledge of general construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; general construction knowledge a plus
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather
• Strong attention to detail
• Must travel and work at remote sites
• Hard working with a teachable attitude
• Positive team player

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy assessments and quality evaluations on construction sites
• Maintain positive relationships with clients
• Complete site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and energy-code forms
• Communicate energy code requirements to onsite personnel
• Support efficient operations by timely communication with supervisor and clients
• Learn new skills in energy efficiency and construction as needed
