Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO is seeking an entry-level Embedded Software Engineer to join the GVHMS team. You will design, develop, test and maintain embedded software that interfaces with specialized hardware while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

You will participate in CI/CD efforts, translate customer requirements into robust software designs, and collaborate with hardware teams to improve stability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• 1+ year of experience developing in C++.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain embedded software for devices and systems.
• Translate customer requirements into embedded software designs for hardware.
• Build and write code for embedded systems to run on specific hardware.
• Integrate embedded software with hardware components.
• Improve efficiency and stability of embedded software systems.
• Support testing and debugging of embedded software for devices and systems.
• Assist with adoption of emerging tools and frameworks aligned with DevOps/DevSecOps.
