Aerotek is hiring for Assemblers for the morning shift in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on electro-mechanical and cleanroom assembly of medical devices in a regulated production environment.

You will use micrometers, calipers, and hand tools, follow GMP and SOPs, and work with a cross-functional team to ensure quality and deadlines. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in medical device assembly, a diploma or equivalent, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical device assembly experience.
• Diploma or equivalent education.
• Demonstrated manual hand assembly skills in production/cleanroom.
• Experience with cleanroom production practices and protocols.
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and basic measuring instruments.
• Ability to operate electrical and mechanical equipment and interpret results.
• Proficiency in reading English engineering drawings and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a cross-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Perform electro-mechanical and cleanroom device assembly and packaging following procedures.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and medical device quality standards.
• Follow SOPs/DOPs, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, drawings, and inspection procedures in English.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and hand tools to assemble and inspect components.
• Operate equipment, interpret results, and adjust to maintain quality.
• Monitor own work for accuracy and address tooling/material issues.
• Learn new equipment and processes and demonstrate proficiency.
• transact product in production system via computer-based programs and complete online training.
• Communicate clearly with team, clients, and suppliers.
• Work with minimal supervision within cross-functional team; maintain safe, clean area.
• Meet production deadlines with high quality and attention to detail.
