Fresenius Kabi USA on the Manufacturing Floor in Warrendale is seeking a floor support associate. The role offers an hourly wage of $18.00 to $20.00, depending on education, experience, and shift, with responsibilities to support the Manufacturing Team and be flexible to move where needed.

You will assemble, test, and package for production lines; perform basic electro-mechanical assembly and quality checks; use hand-held tools; maintain inventory; document quality actions; and follow good

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic reading and writing skills; must be able to follow step-by-step directions.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately.
• Ability to identify material and information on parts.
• Adequate written and verbal communication skills.
• Regularly lift parts and components up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources to assemble, test, and package support for production lines.
• Perform basic electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections.
• Use hand-held tools like screwdrivers and torque drivers.
• Maintain inventory at the workstation.
• Follow quality standards and procedures.
• Document defects and actions with required forms.
• Keep a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices.
• Support other duties as assigned.
