Eos Energy Enterprises in Warrendale, PA is seeking an entry-level Associate Manufacturing Electrical Technician to assist in assembling energy cube trays, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of energized modules. You will learn from senior technicians and work under supervision to grow technical skills in a high-voltage environment.

Responsibilities include inspection of energy blocks, assembly of energy cubes and trays, and documentation of test results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-year technical degree in electronics or electrical field required.
• 0-2 years’ experience in electronics or electrical field.
• Journeyman electrician preferred, but not required.
• Must have knowledge of working with high voltage and AC/DC currents.
• Mechanical ability demonstrated by proper use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights with fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Inspect energy block on receipt to ensure no issues.
• Disassemble and assemble energy cube components.
• Assemble energy cube tray and wiring to specifications.
• Perform initial tray level testing according to procedures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues.
• Monitor data recorders and adjust test parameters as needed.
