IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., seeks a full-time Entry-Level Electrical Helper in Chester, Virginia. This role supports commercial electricians with material handling, conduit and wiring installations, and wire pulls, while adhering to safety policies and company standards.

Some travel may be required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 10 or ability to obtain, and be eligible to work in the United States without visa

Qualifications

• 6 months or less recent electrical field experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain it.
• Successful pass of pre-employment background check and MVR check when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
• Properly mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed.
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from all types of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
