Qualifications

• Entry-level construction, concrete, or electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commercial job sites.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work in various outdoor environmental conditions, including sun and wind.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing PVC conduit for commercial underground electrical distribution.
• Pull wire for commercial electrical installations.
• Dig trenches and excavate using hand tools and power equipment under general supervision.
• Assist electricians and crew leaders with daily commercial construction tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
