Job summary

RH2 Engineering, Inc. in Washington state seeks an Electrical Staff Engineer (0-4 years) to contribute to public infrastructure projects and grow alongside a team of seasoned engineers.

You will perform entry-level design calculations, support planning, design, and construction activities, and prepare base maps using survey data while gaining mentorship and practical experience across water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation initiatives.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree required or expected.
• Strong academic record with curiosity for public works.
• Internship or co-op in engineering/public works is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering education to real-world challenges with mentorship.
• Gather data and support analysis for planning, design, and construction.
• Perform entry-level design calculations and prepare base maps.
• Participate in field visits and construction observations.
• Revise reports and visuals based on supervisor feedback.
• Support projects in water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation.
