Primrose School at Liberty Park in Vestavia Hills, AL 35242 is hiring an Entry-level or experienced Support Teacher. You’ll contribute to a nurturing classroom, follow age-appropriate lesson plans, and help children build foundational skills using our digital learning platform. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Expect a daytime schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (or 8:15 to 5:30). Join a warm team with a strong leadership focus on growth, health and safety, and a commitment

Qualifications

Strong classroom management and clear communication with families and children.
Genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children.
No prior experience required; training will be provided by Primrose.

Responsibilities

Support a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children.
Assist with age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
