Astro Pak Corporation is seeking a Dry Line Technician to prepare precision‑cleaned customer parts for production at our Fremont, CA facility. You will operate drying equipment, inspect parts, and handle materials to prevent contamination.

Training is provided; entry-level welcome with potential for growth in a hands-on environment. This entry-level role offers Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm shifts, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans and retirement savings

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and document work accurately.
• Basic math and computer skills for production records.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to learn safe equipment operation and contamination-control practices.

Mansioni

• Review work instructions and customer specifications before starting each job.
• Receive and verify cleaned parts and processing status.
• Dry parts using ovens, dry air, nitrogen, vacuum, or hand techniques.
• Operate and monitor drying equipment per procedures.
• Record drying times, temperatures, and other process data.
• Inspect parts for moisture, residue, damage, or quality issues and route as needed.
• Use proper PPE and handling practices to protect parts from contamination.
• Maintain production records with part IDs, lot and serial numbers.
• Move completed parts to cleanroom, inspection, testing, or packaging areas.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; report equipment issues to leads.
• Assist with other production activities, material handling, shipping, and maintenance as needed.
• Follow quality, environmental, safety, and export control requirements.
