The position requires basic knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. The role can be part-time or full-time and emphasizes excellent customer service, inventory control, safety, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately for daily transactions.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
