Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts understanding, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and suppliers.

The position may be part time or full time and includes duties such as battery installations, wiper installs, inventory maintenance, and delivering parts as needed. Fleet safety certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
