Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.
• Sustain store product & operational standards and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory processes including truck put-away and cycle counts.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
