Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and utensils by hand or with equipment; ensure items are clean and sanitized.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and help collect/return kitchen tools, pots, and pans.
• Restock dishes, glassware, and utensils; store and label cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, handle chemicals properly, prevent cross-contamination, wear appropriate uniform and protective gear.
