Responsibilities

• Clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans as per sanitation guidelines.
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure items are clean.
• Store clean dishes in proper areas.
• Maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.
• Load or unload food and supplies.
• Sort and remove trash from the area.
• Assist with basic food preparation when needed.
• Prepare trays and banquet accessories.
