Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with young children in Roseville, MN. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy, following treatment plans, and data collection.

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20-$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20-$28 per hour
• You’ll receive your first raise after earning your RBT certification!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
