Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring in Castle Rock, CO to provide pediatric ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA, following personalized plans and collecting data to track progress.

No prior experience required; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, at a full-time location in Castle Rock.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20–$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
