Houston Impact Team is seeking an entry-level Direct Marketing Representative to support the sales and promotions teams in a busy retail environment. This role focuses on developing frontline leadership, teamwork, and hands-on marketing experience.

You will engage face-to-face with potential customers, educate them on current promotions, represent the brand, handle consumer inquiries, and generate qualified leads while receiving paid training that prepares you for future sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of customer service experience, marketing, and/or sales preferred but not required (WE OFFER PAID TRAINING)

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions in a retail environment
• Represent the brand through retail marketing campaigns
• Interact with retail consumers and provide quality customer service
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations
