Spread Your Wings Inc in Paso Robles is hiring for an entry-level Direct Care position. Full-time, 40 hours per week, no experience or caregiver certificate needed—training provided. Rate is $20.00-$21.00 per hour and a valid driver’s license is required.

You will assist and monitor clients, support their daily activities, and document progress while working to build a caring, respectful environment. Health coverage and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist, monitor, and teach individuals with daytime activities and hygiene.
• Encourage, motivate and support clients with developmental disabilities.
• Plan, create and organize tasks and schedules to promote goal achievement.
• Provide documentation of progress through case notes.
