Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Trailer Technician to support our fleet service operations in Lancaster, TX. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, handle DOT inspections, and repair tires, brakes, and cooling systems on trailers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain toolbox and required tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and service times.
• Repair tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and ABS systems.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Reefer unit experience is a plus.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
