Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience preferred (commercial or industrial).
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on tractors and trailers.
• Inspect engines, brakes, suspension, and air systems.
• Conduct basic repairs under supervision and document work.
• Report leaks or deficiencies in trailer systems.
• Maintain clean, safe shop environment and comply with safety policies.
• Participate in on-the-job training and required certifications.
• Participate in on-call rotation under supervision.
