Job summary

Talon Metals Corp is seeking Drill Helpers to support year-round diamond core drilling operations across Minnesota and Michigan. You will join a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule with 12-hour shifts, traveling to project sites as needed and reporting to the Drill Foreman.

Qualifications

• No prior drilling experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old; ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Working safely and complying with HSE policies.
• Support drill operations including site setup and handling drill rods and core tubes.
• Remove core samples, label, and preserve orientation in core boxes.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and site maintenance.
• Use gas monitors and manage water/lubricant systems at the drill site.
• Verify NSF-approved downhole materials.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude for basic equipment handling.
