Job summary

Affordable Care is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Processor Technician to support the fabrication of dental prosthetics in a fast-paced team environment. This entry-level role includes pouring and trimming denture models, articulating cases, and polishing dentures under supervision.

You will train on OSHA protocols and lab safety, with opportunities to cross-train and advance within the dental laboratory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–6 months of experience trimming and pouring denture models preferred.
• Previous plaster bench experience preferred.
• Experience in dental lab, assisting, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pour dental impressions into plaster to create accurate denture models.
• Trim and prepare plaster models for further processing.
• Articulate dental cases according to lab procedures.
• Polish dentures and dental prosthetics to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
• Work collaboratively with team to complete cases efficiently.
• Follow OSHA protocols and safety practices.
• Cross-train in other areas of the dental laboratory as needed.
