Affordable Care, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Processor Technician to join our team and support the fabrication of dental prosthetics and dentures. This entry-level position involves pouring and trimming denture models, articulating cases, polishing dentures, and assisting with various stages of prosthetic production.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-focused, and eager to learn multiple areas of the dental laboratory in a fast-paced, team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong manual dexterity and steady hands are essential.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced dental laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Pour dental impressions into plaster to create denture models.
• Trim and prepare plaster models for denture fabrication.
• Articulate dental cases according to established procedures.
• Polish dentures and dental prosthetics to meet quality standards.
• Assist with preparation, processing, and finishing of dental prosthetics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace.
