CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinical teams with patient care and room preparation. This role offers hands-on training and a professional environment with a Monday–Friday, 9–5 schedule.

No prior experience or certification is required; you’ll receive comprehensive training and a chance to support dentists during procedures and front desk operations. This position emphasizes safety, HIPAA compliance, and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Background check, valid driver’s license, and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists during procedures
• Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms
• Taking X-rays (training available)
• Recording patient information
• Sterilizing tools and maintaining workspace
• Supporting front-desk operations and sharing post-treatment care tips
• Following safety and privacy guidelines like OSHA and HIPAA
