Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Palatine, IL. You will support clinical needs, participate in comprehensive training, and have the opportunity to grow within a supportive dental team.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling options, and a pathway to CDA certification through our DANB partnership. As an entry-level team member, you will assist with chairside procedures, operatory setup, infection control, patient charting, and general office duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology certification within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
