Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Biddeford, ME. This role supports clinical needs, with training to advance to DANB Certified Dental Assistant and opportunities to contribute to community health.

Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) and paid training for radiology and safety certification are offered, along with paid time off, holidays, health, vision, and a 401(k) savings plan. CE opportunities are also provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
