Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinical needs and help patients and doctors. You will receive training to obtain radiology and safety certifications and have the opportunity for growth within the practice.

The role is full-time with a pathway to DANB CDA certification, paid time off, health and vision benefits, and a 401(k) plan, plus ongoing education opportunities through TAG U.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
