Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Marion, IL. This full-time role pays $18–$20 per hour and includes paid training to become radiology and safety certified.

You’ll support the clinical needs of patients and doctors, with opportunities to grow through an internal pathway to a CDA certification. We offer paid time off, holidays, health/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and free continuing education through TAG U.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
