Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll support clinicians, prepare operatorys, manage infection control, and help deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced dental practice.

We offer paid training to DANB radiology and safety certification, flexible scheduling, and pathways to CDA certification, plus PTO, health/vision, and 401(k) benefits through our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within required state timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
