Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinical needs and patient care at our Mesquite, Texas locations. You will receive comprehensive training and have opportunities to pursue DANB certification, with flexible scheduling and paid training through our DANB partnership.

We offer a pathway to become a CDA, paid time off, health/vision benefits and a 401(k) savings plan, plus continuing education through TAG U.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
