CARIN Alliance in Texas is seeking a Dental Assistant with no prior experience. You will support dental teams by preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, taking X-rays (training provided), updating patient records, and sterilizing tools.

This role emphasizes safety and compliance with OSHA and HIPAA, offers hands-on training, and includes flexible full-time or part-time schedules (Monday–Friday, 9–5).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization in the U.S.
• Preferred: dental assisting certification and bilingual skills (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Assist dental teams during procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
