Job summary

CIT Trucks, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to support our fast-paced Midwest operation. This role offers hands-on work in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and delivering orders from our 16 Illinois locations.

No prior warehouse experience is required; candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You will join a team with strong training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a leading national distributor.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 120 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
• Storing and tracking inventory.
• Picking, packing and delivering orders.
• Shipping orders.
• Immediately begin a heavy-duty truck parts training program.
