Job summary

AIL is a 100% union-label supplemental benefits organization serving working families for over 60 years. This remote role connects with union members, guiding them through benefit options and assisting with applications and documentation to ensure proper support.

You’ll schedule virtual or phone appointments, maintain records, and participate in ongoing training. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and is comfortable working independently from home.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll connect with union members who have requested information about their benefits. You’ll walk them through available options, answer questions, and help complete the necessary steps to ensure each member receives proper support.
