No car wash experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed. This role offers hourly pay, full-time or part-time schedules, and opportunities to join a friendly, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for people who are friendly, energetic, dependable, and comfortable working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
